Reservation/Cancellation/Reschedule Policies
Reservation: To reserve a class more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the tuition is required. 100% of the tuition is due 30 days prior to first day of class.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel a reservation you have made with us, the deposit and course fees are non-refundable however they may be applied to another course or date, for a period of one year from the original booking.
1. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking a 100% refund will be issued.
2. The school may cancel a class or outing for any reason, eg hurricane. The same policy applies, no refund, you must reschedule your event or class with us.
Learn to Sail Texas will make every effort to follow any published itinerary, but variances may occur due factors beyond our control. If Learn to Sail Texas cancels a course we will make every effort to re-schedule your class within one year of the original purchase date. However, we have no further liability. This policy is similar to many school and not unlike the common airline cancelation policy.
